You can test whether the certificates are an issue by running the tests detailed here. The other possible issue is that your company has not allowed access to non-provisionable devices (see http://wiki.maemo.org/Mail_For_Excha...Q#Provisioning)

Are you actually using "Mail for Exchange" with your gmail account? It doesn't sound like it, and if not then you're in the wrong thread.
And you're definitely in the wrong thread for Hotmail.

Ok, so I can't make any use of Gmail with MfE?But I could sync my 3 days old mail with MfE from my Gmail account but when I try to sync all my emails or 2 weeks old emails, the error message pops out.
