http://www.mediafire.com/file/dly3tozktwi/lees drop menu.rar

heres my icon set and rolan900d's (edited) files (thanks bro!)

seperate icons for:
phone mode (orange screen portrait)
tablet mode connected (green screen)
tablet mode not connected (black screen) (original icon)

Renamed 'Reboot' to 'Quick boot'

also changed 'soft reboot' function
to open 'midnight commander' instead
cos i didnt have a use for soft reboot
(this can probably be changed to any app in usr/bin
see bottom of systemui.xml file to see how i changed it)

icons go into: usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48
3 xml files go into: etc/systemui

(thanks to rolan900d for helping me understand what to do!)
(and to schturman for helping roland!)

For IivilSteel Grunge the theme directory is "iivilsteel-grunge-theme" (without "-marks).

Try: alpha with lower case rather than Alpha

So in X term if i were to enter...

$ Sudo gainroot
$ Cd/usr/share/themes/Actual_Theme/images/
$ Mv ApplicationShortcutAppletPressed.png ApplicationShortcutAppletPressed.png.old
$ Mv ApplicationShortcutApplet.png ApplicationShortcutApplet.png.old

Would i need to press enter after the third line "$ Mv ApplicationShortcutAppletPressed.png "?
You hit enter after every line, i.e type sudo gainroot hit enter, type cd /usr/share/themes/alpha/images/ hit enter and so on.

@devildriven
you could ditch xterm and use winscp to move files around
then you can see what your actually moving

I can confirm that i am using 'alpha' lower case but it is still not finding the file. :not found

Same applies to iivilsteel grunge theme.

What could i be doing wrong? I am making sure i enter them exactly as they appear in my previous post.

sudo gainroot - root shell is enabled.

Next line of code does not find the file? - Cd/usr/share/themes/alpha/images/

Not sure if that's a typo, but there needs to be a space between the "cd" command and the directory name "/usr/share/themes/whatever":

sudo gainroot
cd /usr/share/themes/alpha/images
