The Plan is to move QtMobility from extras-devel to the Nokia repos when it gets a stable release (this is in fact completely unrelated to PRs). From that point, it will be available to all PRs supporting 4.6 and on.

But they call it "Maemo Harmattan" - I thought they would call it "MeeGo" to avoid additional confusion...
Qt will be the basis for Nokia devices running MeeGo (Harmattan) and is the API for developing applications in all upcoming MeeGo devices bringing even more platforms to you as the Qt developer. Soon you can rely on full (X11) Qt support on MeeGo devices.

I'm installing this right now. I have hope that this will actually allow people to develop for the n900 now.
