@ossipena, given the disdain with which you have replied to other threads regarding the use of portrait mode - even for simply texting - I am very surprised that you have taken on this development!

As an aside, I saw another thread in which daperl had created a python script for texting using portrait.... You can find the posts HERE and it might be worth tying up with him for pointers....?
