And while it is a simple question, you've certainly managed to complicate it.

abill_uk, what happened in this thread is not at all as you perceive it.

What your asking compares to this imaginary conversation:

You:
"I've walked the length of this river and I can't find a bridge. Where can I find a bridge to cross it?"

Helpful bystander 1:
"There is no bridge, you'll have to use the boat"

You:
"But I don't want to use a boat. I asked for a bridge!"

Helpful bystander 2:
"You could swim"

You:
"That's not good enough! You're all obsessed with boats and swimming! I want a bridge!"

All helpful bystanders:
"There isn't a bridge. Complaining about us won't change that. Stop asking for a bridge!"

Because there is no specific email adress, if you send two different forms you will get a reply from two different emails.
I don't get what's so hard to understand, there is no direct email.

Why cant there be a modorator that stops useless comments, this is a forum were people ask questions. Now bloody answer them. If you can help why dont you. If the person isnt as clever as you so what he probaly already knows that thats why he is asking you.

So common every body can we not pull together like a comunity should and stop shunning people for asking for help.

Why? I have already pointed that plain email is really really inefficient way of giving feedback/complains. Forms on the other hand give nice way of categorizing help.

What´s really wrong with you? If i were you I would probably logout out and make new user right now.

And btw. I´m not fanboy, search for threads and stuff what i have wrote. Bashing some aspects of N900 and Nokias inability to be agile and fast.

You got lots of answers: "There isn't one. There is a postal address, or a web form which will be processed exactly as a complaint if you include mention of the fact you wish to complain".

You didn't like the answer, so you complained to the people posting, and they responded as they feel appropriate. The fact is, there doesn't appear to be any other answer, and just continuing to say you want an answer won't change that.

Working in customer/technical support myself (not for Nokia), I know it's common for customers to keep asking a question of different people, excepting that somehow they are going to get the answer they want in the end, but this doesn't tend to happen.

I think if you carry this on, you'll achieve nothing except to hurt your reputation (more).
I did actually post the address for Nokia direct on this forum and the phone numbers direct to Finland some time ago so i am also aware of them, the forms i have been aware of for many years and i also was aware of all the sites of Nokia provided on this thread, all i wanted to try and find was some kind of email address for Nokia because i among many many others are not happy to say the least what nokia have done with the N900 to date.
IF anyone wants to read through the posts on this thread they will get the simple understanding that all i wanted to find out was a direct email address for Nokia but alas evryone seem to just jump in critisize call me whatever but never did anyone offer or even try to understand that i wanted the EMAIL ADDRESS not a form or a link to a form nor an address to write too.
As you all have had a great time throwing abuse i will end this by saying this...... WHAT PART OF EMAIL ADDRESS DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND ?????

No one shunned anyone. Read through this thread objectively, please.

There are a great many people who help here frequently, including most in this thread. But what you're seeing here is exasperation brought on by the original poster's-- ah-- unique approach to seeking help.

Anyone wanting help has the onus of a) asking respectfully and b) considering what's said in response instead of stubbornly arguing against it.

i think the problem is that, people has provided him with answer, but he has not been satisfied with that. he was just asking for a genuine email of Nokia Care, i think the email i quoted already included 2 valid email addresses of Nokia Care. But everybody is suggesting that, if he wanted to get help from Nokia, he's better off using the support form or his email will just get bounced away. every corporate has their own email spam filter on for their server, unless the user set ur email address as trusted one & accept everything u were to send him, ur email will not get through even though u've an email address of a Nokia employee. but it also depends on how tight is the security of the email server, some may not filter it out.
