Sounds like you need to install the Python runtime environment...I forget which repo includes Python, but I want to say it's one of the default nokia ones.

Some packages required for the installation are missing". After click details, it reports
" Unable to install sdictviewer
Packages missing:
python2.4
python2.4-hildon
python2.4-gtk2"
