It looks like he used a keyboard definition file (xkbd -k deffile.xkbd).
I haven't found that one or anything similar yet.
I'd love to get a copy...

Arni, do you have Ultima V (and probably I, II, III, and IV if you're a fan like I am) working with JUST this new keyboard or can you use the hardware keys in DOSbox as well?

The 'hardware keys' i use are a bluetooth keyboard (thinkoutside stowaway), and this works fine in dosbox.
If you mean the dpad and buttons on the device, they work in dosbox too.
