Yes, phones - plural. They release a new phone every month, tweaked just how the carriers want them. I'd rather have a top-tier phone uninfluenced by carriers, like the N900.

You should change the subject, using a capitalized PHONE suggest me that my old n70 is better (videocalls, umts., etc.).
If you mean more than a phone it's very hard to find a better device, at least for me, I never considered Android in the past for its not X11 gui or the closed SDK (IIRC, to build and run your apps on aplle devices you have to pay for a certificate or jailbreak it).
