Try actually pulling the battery. If that still doesn't work, a reflash is probably in order.

The same problem on my n800... I've tried a reboot, a battery pulled... Web browser still doesn't work... 
I am connected and the web browser will briefly open, then crash out, and close.
Why is this suddenly happening?
What can I do to fix it???
HELP!
