btw I want to flash eMMC because the new version is available and it looks like the made some changes to its structure

The ones mentioned in my post with the "example" commands (that's PR1.2 and latest eMMC image)... 
I just wrote "example" so when somebody looks at this in half a year (when we've got 1.3... if we get it that is
), they will also be usable there...

i believe flashing to PR1.2 using the maemo flasher automatically cleans up the eMMC.
i only have 700mb of space on my 2GB app memory.
when i reflash to the PR1.2 using my windows 7 (XP mode) my app memory turns out at 1.6GB

AFAIK You'll have to flash both using the "combined" image AND the eMMC image to "clean up" (wipe) the eMMC...
