what about me? i haven't updated yet to PR1.2. I don't have emmc on my N900. Do I need to reflash my N900 before updating via NSU?
The emmc is de 32gb built in memory! if you don't have it its not a genuine n900 ;-)

I had NSU fail on me yesterday so i've completely scrapped its use,
Back up your device content,
Your best bet is to reflash/upgrade your rom over the flasher and do the emmc reformat too,
If you do, remember that you dont use the R command at the end of the firmware install, but read up about it, the maemo update guide is very easy!.
