Could be solved by now! SDL libs are updated against new version of libgles1. Brainparty and OpenArena are installing now!

Ok...
Why does it installs libgles1-sgx-img (0.20091104.34+0m5) now in the app manager?

What is the difference between the two versions?

What are you all talking about? :P SDL has nothing to do here.

Either way, the package was uploaded this morning. So please refresh your local repository metada (hit "update" in application manager), then retry the installation of your favourite OpenGL application.

If you installed any package manually I really suggest uninstalling it before trying the above.

None of the solutions posted in this thread worked for me. I upgraded to PR1.2 last night from the PR1.2RC. I had this problem for a month while using the RC and it never got fixed and I have it now with the official release.

He's right, Brain Party wasn't installing because of this dependency, did a refresh within the app manager and it installs fine now.

Me too, i'm try install Tuxrace 0.4 it's not worked by reinstall libgles-sgx-img old version.

[libgles1-sgx-img_0.20091104.300m5_armel.deb or libgles1-sgx-img_0.20091104.6.1_0m5_armel.deb]

Coz..34+0m5 is current installed

disabling the "Nokia System Software Updates" is not worked for Tuxrace, i'm so tired and boring, Anyone Help!?.

This was fixed for me by disabling the "Nokia System Software Updates" repository, updating the application manager, and then re-enabling it.

Thanks to whoever posted that tip (can't find the post now)
