same thing happened with me when update using OTA to 1.2 and resolved by re-flashing

Yeah. Same issue here. After I updated to 1.2, the phone became pretty laggy. I am thinking of reflashing, but right now I can't be bothered with this

thnaks, my phone has been laggy as hell since OTA to 1.2, ive been on the fence about flashing as i dont feel like reinstalling everythign but this seals it. will reflash tomorrow

One I experienced a slow down horrible after an update, even freeze, but that was because something went wrong during the update 'cause I reflash it with all the same applications and settings and the phone came up good. So, maybe, there is a posibility that the update wasn't 100% fine, no matter what the updater told you.
