hello, I got my update message for 1,2 yesterday, but when i plug my phone into the computer it doesnt update my phone, i get a message that claims i have a bad internet connection but i dont. how should i do, i really want to update but cant seem to get it working, ive tried this on different computers to.. pls help

Use flasher 3.5 instead. Make a full back up first.
