Excellent instructions I got 0.98.1 reinstalled on PR1.2 but web cam is not recognized anymore. From googling I understand there should be 0.98.3 available but download link in amsn web page installs version above. Audio has never been working for me. Farsight seems to do something but video looks like TV test picture.

Oh, it seems to install a Linux version because GUI looks same than in Ubuntu. Difficult to use in small screen.

Sir, please take a look screen capture images in
http://www.amsn-project.net/maemo-downloads.php
and compare it what you, at least I, see in Ubuntu

Pardon me my ignorance, Sir, but as far I am aware there are differentiated ported Linux OS releases for different platforms (like Maemo vs Ubuntu) There are also different windowing systems. Common sense tells me that wndowing system has fundamental role how it can be presented in GUI. I believe Ubuntu default is Gnome. I do not know what it is called in N900.

If I am wrong please feel free to correct me.
