Would it be possible in "Settings" -> "Internet" -> "search interval" add more intervals. Because of them must indeed be saved and unprofessional for me, the question arises whether there can not insert additional instructions? Would my own preferences to the existing options "never", "5 minutes", "10 minutes", "30 Minutes" and "60 minutes to get" even "2 hours", "4hours" and "6 hours" as a selection.

Like most of Nokia's stuff, the applet in question is closed source, so, no, you can't modify it to add more timeouts.

What you can do, however, is change the setting that would be saved from that applet yourself:
gconftool -s -t int /system/osso/connectivity/network_type/search_interval -TIMEINSECONDS-

I haven't tried adding higher numbers myself, admittedly, but I suspect whatever is entered there is given straight to a g_timeout_add_seconds () in the closed source ICD2.

Thanks for your answer, but I know I did not get along with Linux and programming. Can therefore only partly to do with the code a bit.
