I am in this same situation. Unfortunately, nobody from Nokia Care Philippines can figure out what is wrong.

I have sync-issues too with Outlook Calendar.
Since upgrade to PR1.2 all my tasks are moved several month forward in time after sync with my N900. Reminder time is untouched but reminder is disabled on every task.
Bloody annoying if you use tasks in Outlook as much as I do!

I have the same problem, seems that sync is ignoring the time zone. Now I'm in GMT+2 tz and appointments are in GMT now, compared to original ones in Outlook calendar.

I checked the timezone setting on N900 (date&time settings via gui) and I changed it from manual to automatic . now the sync works well.

might try reflashing tonight.
All my appointments get added to my phone 3hrs early.
Yet, if I create an appointment on my phone, and sync it back to Outlook, it syncs the appointment at the correct time.
Both computer and phone are set to the same region and time zone.
