Well,

That means the category function is only useful if you know which category it belongs to.

In any other case you are best off just going by "ALL"

Hi

I can't seem to find another reference to my problem, so not sure if it's just me.

In application manager, the search facility is no longer there? I think this has happened after update to PR1.2.

Any ideas?

It was mentioned countless times, just open a list and start typing.

I searched the forums for:

no search in application manager
Cannot search for applications
Unable to search applications

also, seach the bugs for the same but did not find reference.

Try "Power search" next time. You'll get better results with that.

I found several posts relating to your problem.

Hmm, yes, that's a good point. I suppose the same is true anywhere else that type-to-search is used. I guess a menu item should be added to initiate search for VKB users.
