After installing pr1.2,,,one problem is killing me daily.I dont know why my application manager takes so long to popout.????????Can any one help me out

you are using daily app manager? Why?

But surely. Itīs a bit slow. Disablind testing/devel repositories makes it little faster. IIRC there is some bug reports about this.

Yes, the app manager is kinda slow... yet I don't use it that much, so no big deal.

You could try the steps described here - perhaps it's a little snappier if it doesn't check for updates all the time.

Use apt-get from console instead.
Like this:
sudo su

apt-get update && apt-get install <name> of the program. However, you can't see the program description from there.
