Its good, as a long shot.

With qtmobility and the maemo backend in pr1.3 (qt 4.7) will be easier

Just one warning:
I installed kdepim for testing, and it makes your N900 unresponsive even when kmail is not running.
I think nepumuk or virtuoso or some of this services are the cause.
So be aware of this when you install it. I uninstalled it because N900 is unusable with the actual snapshot installed.

You still need stylus to feel comfortable in interface but things are going in good direction. After you view video you can see earlier version (ca. 6 weeks ago) and you can easily spot differences. I am really hopeful

I tried installing the test applications and I cant seem to get them to work.
It doesn't work well with one of the libraries that koffice installed, so I uninstalled it. Then it seems that some folders weren't created but the opt-ing script thought they were. Ok that is also fixable. But now it complains about a missing symbol in libQtOpenGL (*QImageTextureGlyphCache*).

Has anyone got the test packages to work?
