I downloaded the file, and when I try to install it, it just says that it cannot be installed.. What could be wrong?

Type on X Terminal:

sudo gainroot

dpkg -i (PATH)/mafw-gst-eq-

renderer_0.2.2010.07-2-1mgr_armel.deb (My path is: /home/user/MyDocs/.documents/Programas/)

apt-get remove mafw-gst-renderer (this gives me an error because i had not nstalled the mafw-gst-renderer)

reboot

Check on settings if it appears.

OK well now I got it installed, but it won't work.. I did everything you told, but the tone of the music just isn't changing.. Any advice to give?

Same with Exact, I have it installed, can see the gui at settings>>extras but it dousn't seem to affect the sound. I have the PR1.2 FW flashed along with the eMMC.
Does the tone react after each time you slide one of the frequencis or you have to save the setting, exit before it takes effect?

I don't know why doesn't work with you. When i installed the older version, it didn't work, the icon appear but didn't anything, but this versión (mafw-gst-eq-renderer_0.2.2010.07-2-1mgr_armel.deb) works for me... i don't know anything more, sorry.

Please, someone make it working for PR 1.3. Equalizer doesn't change the sound.

I have a problem too , with any other preset than Flat the sound gets very choppy when I'm doing basic stuff like sms and web .
