I want to buy a usb wifi NIC, cause it's easy to carry.
But I don't know how to choose, some usb wifi NIC say it support AD-HOC, but others say nothing. Must I buy the one that clearly said that?

thanks

All wifi adapters support adhoc. It's in the wireless spec.

As for a specific adapter. You can buy a cheap one and it will work fine. If you're not sure how to set it up and would like tech support, you'll want to stick with a name brand.
