Hi, im writing a linkedin client under Qt, what i want to create it's a simple yet visually appealing crossplatform application.

I have something visual created and i gonna post it later today, but you guys are the experts, so im asking for help to create the UI for this application.

Im considering to have two "UX", one for handhelds and other for desktop if its necessary in order to have better usabilty.

So if you have any suggestion, idea, hint, design, that can help, please let me know.

Thanks in advantage.

May I ask what the point of this is, I never asked the same regarding the Facebook app, but I now feel like I maybe should...

Does there have to be a reason? What if it's just a learning experience? I think the UI looks good already, but I would rather see a dark theme in maemo

Because opening this might be a lot faster than using the browser.

As for OP, I think it looks pretty good especially the color

Well there is always a or more reasons for everything.
I am wondering, nothing else.
If the developer do not want to give me a reason, or more its OK, of course, but I would not be any smarter.

Not every question is NEGATIVE, as the (what comes here is forbidden) not every question as the Socialists try to brainwash the world with is negative. Questions tend to make people smarter, not Socialists.

Well, hopefully is gonna improve the user experience of managing your linkedin network by adding some features: notifications, add linkedin contacts to the address book, maybe filter some user updates, <insert your desired feature here>.

I think the reason of doing this, is the same reason for what the facebook, twitter, etc, client exist.

Thanks, yeah i also tought that too, maybe you can choose if you want the "custom" theme or the "native" theme ( using the colors of the maemo 5 theme ?).
