Hi!

I downloaded and installed the XTERM package (http://770.fs-security.com/xterm/) but after I install it I can not seem to find how to start it?? I also installed the bash (http://www.opbyte.it/maemo/) but nothing either. Anyone know how launch the xterm? I also upgraded my 770 to the latest release from Nokia.

Thanks in advance!

it's in your 'extra' folder

Nope.. Not there.. I have installed a few apps and they all show there.. But XTERM does not. Wonder if it is because of the latest nokia software upgrade....

@ramesis

I'm using the latest firmware and xterm is running fine.

Have you tried re-installing xterm? If it's not in the extra menu than it's not properly installed.

Did you install X-term before or after updating the 770?

I had the same problem when I first tried installing Xterm...just uninstall it, and then reinstall it again and it should finally show up in the Extras subfolder...

In fact, I think I even had to do it twice, then it finally showed...
