Try with a flashblocker installed and activate only parts that you need. It stopped lags on some video flash websites that I visit.

Were you running any other program at the same time, or any background processes? I sometimes get the same issue, but its usually either related to something in the background running or it just needs a reboot (and a flash 
). Also if possible run them full screen, it seems to help for some pages notably youtube.

I guess it because N900 does not support Flash 10, and discussions are going on in here about this
When I go to a site like bigdownload.com, if you try to play any of the flash stuff, my N900 is just real laggy and the sound seems to be fine but finishes way before the video portion. I am using the wifi connection, so bandwidth shouldn't be a problem.
Any suggestions to improve this?
