Hi,
I'm looking for a useful map allocation/maps which include UK footpaths/bridleways for walking.

I had thought "maemo mapper" with one of it's supported repos would be useful, but cannot find "maemo-mapper" in the repos, including extras-devel

Would anyone recommend a different app? Or a good map source? Less convenient if conversion needed but not a big deal

Google maps/ovi maps/sygic all seem more focused on roads, and don't have footpath detail

Navigation isn't really needed -- this is just to check out rights of way/footpaths when walking around for leisure.

I find that maep with the OpenCycleMap data is pretty good.

Not exhaustive by any means but has elevation & a decent amount of footpaths.

It's now called Mappero in Application Manager, although the underlying package name is still maemo-mapper which is why apt-get worked.
