Those are not the 1.1 files. Look at the URL you posted and the date of the files. You posted the link to the 1.0 files which will give you a command prompt and terminal. This must be the 4th time I've seen this posted today...

kingoddball must show up quickly.

i guess i dont have enough power on my computer to do that with my late 90's 512 ram lol

Installation at the moment requires that you have a Linux system.

You will need to install the Meego Image Creator as per this wiki page

http://wiki.meego.com/Image_Creation
Ubuntu, Suse and Fedora all supported


For Open Suse Users just add this repo

http://repo.meego.com/tools/repos/opensuse/11.2/i586/

and install mic2 from YasT
