hi ive been using pr1.1 for a while now as i have the problem where i cannot update over the air.. and my terrible laptop refuses to run auto updater, if i restore my phone to factory defaults will i be able to update over the air do you think? or if i take it to a t mobile store will they be able to do it for me? thanks for your time

Problems updating OTA are usually either shortage of space (which it should say), or package conflicts - the usual cause of this is 3D games (or the libraries they use), so uninstalling tuxracer, openarena, quake3, etc. may fix that.

You may be okay at a T-Mobile store - you'd probably be better finding a Nokia Care Centre though (the Nokia web site should list your local ones).

Another alternative is to use the command-line flasher, either in Windows or via a bootable Linux CD (this seems to be more reliable in finding the USB connection to the N900).

hi thanks for the quick reply, i deleted all my 3d games and easy debian.. leaving psx,snes and megadrive emus.. now gives me the option to continue so hopefully il be successful in updating when i get home after works, thanks again
