Finnish investment bank FIM has just downgraded their Nokia target price to 5€/share (from previous 8€)...they are considered experts in Nokia analysis.

My guess is that the news on thursday will be very bad indeed.

From 8 to 5 Euro? Oh great.

But today, it went up 10 cents to 8.92, almost 9.00 today. Hmm.

Q2 results annoucement 13.00 finnish time (12.00 CET/ 11.00 UK). Live webcast (propably sound only) from results conference call two hours later here.

Most recent bad news that might affect stock price:

-Siemens annouced that it wants to cash in on it's share of Nokia SIemens Networks. They can't with the current partnership deal, but it will run out in two years. So Nokia has to relatively soon use billions to buy Siemens' share, find new partner to buy them or spin off NSN as a publicly traded company.

-Nokia is investigating the source for cobalt used in it's products. Some of it might be coming from Congo, where rebels use the mining income to fund a bloody civil war. Possible PR disaster.

-According to Iltalehti, if OPK get sacked his gloden parachute will be worth about 4,5 million euros.

Results are bad, but not worse than expected. Roughly within analyst expectations.Profit of 221 million euros. Sale volumes up, but profit margins going down fast. ASP still managing to find new lows point.

Share price jumping strangely between +/-2%.

the result is ok IMO. More troublesome is the profit margins. This issue most be stabilized at a "normal" level. Intressting to compare with other large Mobile vendors.

No doubt, Nokia still doing pretty good and selling alot of phones

They have sunk to Android manufacturing profit margins. Could just as well start printing Nokia logos on generic Android+Arm products, like Motorola and HTC.
