I understand what you were saying. Didn't see the part where you said you enabled bluetooth anyway

There is a tablet-mode package in Extras(-testing,-devel) which adds another button that disables GSM only leaving you with an option to use WiFi and BT.

Do you know if it's an applet that is easy to switch on? Also, is it stable and optified?

it just adds extra tabs when u press the power button, so yes it is easy.
