Um...do you have Extras-Devel enabled? If so, disable it and install the app from Extras-Testing.

Nice app, It's been needed!!!

Thanks!

Yes, you need to set up your portfolio(s) on Google Finance first. As of now, MaeMoney is a view-only Google Finance client.

All is good now!! Works great.
Maybe add pre/after hours futures and some other values like the $VIX Etc..

Few Questions:
- Are the quotes in real time or delayed?
- I have interval update set to 8s, does the quotes auto update in real time every 8s when market is open?

Thanks as always!!

Since MaeMoney gets the quotes from Google Finance, it really depends on the agreement between Google and the stock exchanges. http://www.google.com/help/stock_dis....html#realtime

The app doesn't know whether the market is open or close so it just constantly gets the stock quotes from Google, in your case, every 8 seconds.

I wouldn't go so far as saying the app is useless without realtime quotes. I am no day trader so if the quote is delayed by 8 seconds I am absolutely fine with it.

Not entirely true. Just like Google Finance, MarketWatch has realtime quotes for NYSE and NASDAQ. However, for quotes from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, for example, MarketWatch has a 15-minute delay.
