^The shipping cost is not included probably because they are not shipping currently just taking orders as it will only start shipping after 2 or 3 weeks? Maybe they will ask you to pay for shipping separately

Before clicking on the PayPal link to checkout, you have to enter your country and zipcode, then click update.
The shipping cost will be added.

When you go and checkout, you'll see that PayPal shows the item price, the shipping costs are added on the confirmation page.
Now sure why they do it this way though.

Can you confirm that you have succeeded in ordering ?

I got the email with confirmation link after purchase. Clicked it, confirmation page opened, so I think I am good with the purchase?

When are the European shipments shipped?

About the mail with the link: that was a wrong setting Has been disabled.

The European orders will be shipped as soon as the shipment gets here. It will depend a bit on customs.
I expect them to ship end of this week maybe beginning of next week, but we have had slowdown because of customs before ...
