i just upgraded to maps 10. but the problem is, that the program is terrible stuttering. i tried rebooting and overclock to 1100 mhz but both options do not work. the menu is sliding is terrible stuttering and when driving the frame rate is really stuttering too. its very anoying. it also looks like when just started it stutters more then after 30 minutes of driving. but its still there.

i remember using route 66 on my n95. that program ran at about 60 fps. when driving the arrow did not jump but ran smooth over the road.

the gps refreshes like once per second? so every second the arrow jumps forward. why not do it like the route 66 where the program lets the arrow role while waiting for the next gps input? this makes the program look allot less choppy.

it is a bug which will be fixed with the next update coming in the next days, as posted in the other thread.
in the meantime you could try to set the framerate to 24 per second..
