Guys,
I have no idea how these are made so maybe a stupid question?
Do these phones have a memory card soldered or an internal slot inside them?
If so is it possible to upgrade to a high speed memory?

RAM, ur stuck with 256, and ~768 'virtual' ram :P

The N900 uses a moviNAND chip, as the N810 did.

It's a FBGA part, so no, upgrading it isn't practical.
