You can configure 'recaller' to do this. As it is I don't think the recorder application can do anything except the microphone.

When I'm in a call, if I'm recording my voice is captured perfectly, but the other person is only properly recorded if I activate the big speaker. This software should capture all sources: microprone, incoming call audio, media players, etc.
