Hi this is my 1st post. I've searched the forum for information on this problem but have not found a definitive answer.

I have acquired a N800 which was originally purchased in May 07. The OS is Version 4.2007.26-8 and I have a D-Link mimo wireless router. The N800 has picked up the D-Link and I have entered the WEP key which was accepted and the D-Link now shows with a green tick on the 'select connection' dialogue box. When I go to connect to it the wifi symbol on the globe at the top right of the screen flashes sevral times and then a dialogue box comes up with "Network connection error. Try again?" My laptop (PC) connects no problem as do other devices including my P1i.

I'd be very grateful for any help, I'm not very techy but OK with the basic, God I hope the answer is simple....

i also got this problem. There is a setting called TRANSMISSION POWER as you might know in the wifi setting . Advanced settings.

Keep it 100MW.

If it has problems then try 10mW

For me 100mW worked. When i keep it in 10Mw then it is giving that error "Netwrk connection error"
