I understand you have a problem related to the keyboard not lighting up that has something to do with whether the screen is locked or not.

I have installed the new framework software
RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.13-2.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin
RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.19-1.003_PR_COMBINED_003_ARM.bin

but not all the keybord just the left and the right sides are lighting
and when the system is on, the keybord work fine but when I lock the screen with opening keybord the same problen the siden of it are lighting .......

Looks like R&D mode to me

--enable-rd-mode
Enable R&D mode on the device
--disable-rd-mode
Disable R&D mode on the device

and then run
