hi guys , when i switch off my N900 device., after 1 or 2mins automatically my N900 device switches on by its own... anyone help me plzzzzz

That must be something you have installed, like input method, qcpufreq, etc.

write to terminal:

cat /proc/bootreason
and paste output here.

lets look in crystal ball and see what you have installed and what repositories you have enabled......hmmmm.....
