well legally you cant buy software (source code) , you're buying the license to use it but in this case you're right even though you payed you dont have a feeling that you are using not woning Apple's toy

If software source code is offered for sale by the owner, you are certainly legally allowed to buy it. It usually is only offered to be licensed for use, but that does not mean that it legally can not be bought or sold.

Hmmm... Seem like most (all?) these things have been already discussed or implemented in N8x0 and that was already in July 2008... Apple is late again trying to get a patent, or am I mistaken?
