If this is a font changer application you should make it to change all the system fonts, with the ability to backup/restore the original system fonts!
PS: I know that you don't like to modify too muck system files but those backup/restore should do the trick!

Sorry, but now I didn't understand the request. What else should the changer tool do than change the font family and size that's being shown to user?

I'm using the font from the second picture. Still there are fonts who are not changed...
I think your app should replace all thesystem fonts:
nosnb.ttf
nosnr.ttf
nosns.ttf
nscnr.ttf
Try adding the attached fonts in /home/user/.fonts restart and see what happens!

Most propably because it's in extras-devel repository and you don't have it enabled.
