The led seems dead. I have reflashed the OS, and checked with healthcheck. No luck with that. What else can I do to make sure it is actually dead? Should I return it to Amazon for an exchange? It is too troublesome.

did you have fcam? same thing happened to me i fixed it buy resetting the mce.ini and a full reboot with battery out too

Thanks for the tip, but it doesn't work. The mce.ini is the original file as I have reflashed the phone. If I remove it, and reboot, it does show up once with the orange light, so it may be related to some software issue.

It seems that there is no engine1_mode, engine2_mode and engine3_mode under "/sys/class/i2c-adapter/i2c-2/2-0032", is that abnormal?
