Just out of curiosity,
Is there a way to sync the added stations from the main server. So If I have pyradio running and I add a new station, I need to logout and login from the app. Is there any other way?

I guess you mean if you create a station from Pandora's website instead of through the app??

At this time no.. not really. I didn't really figure many people would be using both at the same time . This wouldn't be that hard to add... though my menu is getting kinda full .

Information on PyRadio:
I think I still have a bug hiding in there... if you pause a song very quickly after another song starts it seems to freeze. Can be fixed by changing stations/going back but .. pretty sure I know how to fix the song skipping once and for all finally.. I'll test it a little more this time.

Since next release is 3.0... anyone got any ideas for something big to add to it? MAFW was 2.0's shiny new toy.. what do we want to do for 3.0?

I like the new text layout. Much easier to read.

Volume control for 3.0?

Having trouble with the Skip button. I press skip, the button lights up, the song stops playing, but then nothing happens. Command line says "Skipped" but that's all. If I click play it starts playing at the point that I clicked skip, as if I'd just paused it.

EDIT: followup to add that it now won't move past the song once its done.

Good idea. Maybe I can work on this. Going to be pretty busy tonight.. not sure I can implement full volume control tonight. But...

This is what I was talking about above.. I think I finally found a solution to the skipping problem but I need to test it on the N810 tonight to make sure I don't break diablo again. This I could definitely have tested tonight and possibly ready to push...

So.... do I push 3.0 with just this fix.. or wait and get 3.0 up with volume control over the next couple days?

I guess it's really... how big of a problem is the skipping?

The skipping is bad enough for me that I've started moving back to the web client on my laptop. I would really prefer to use the NIT's player (i.e., yours!), since it doesn't use much CPU, doesn't need flash, and I can adjust it without switching apps.

Note my edit up above: it won't move past the next song, which is pretty bad.

Can you switch stations? How often does it happen to you?

The only time I had the problem was skipping right after a song started.

I guess I'll get 3.0 up tonight with the fix.. doubtful on having volume though. Looks like 3.1 will get that.

Oh yeah I wouldn't be using both, I used it just because I think you are currently working on the part about adding seed/station. So i thought I wil do it from web.. and that's how my question came up .

But yeah no need as I wont be using the web interface for pandora once you have the add station up n running

it's happening all the time with the new version. I can switch stations, but the new station has the same problem.

If I had a way to get more debugging/status information, I'd post what I find.

That's fine. Fixing the skipping trouble is more important.

Create and Delete stations should work. They are in the menu. Report any bugs ... as far as I knew they were functional.

Same with Seeds.. that is working as well. (Seeds are not new stations... Seeds add the current artist or song as a "seed" to the current station you're listening too.)

I think there's something else related to this,
So if you change to next song the moment a song starts, like within first 5-7 seconds, it freezes, not the app.
So the next button doesnt work after that, play/pause highlights but doesnt work. I think its more or less related to what you stated above , just giving you all the points (incase) you didnt know ( i know highly unlikely )
Thanks
