Ensure you're copying "Res", "Maps" and "Drive" alongside the directories which are already in MyDocs, i.e. ".documents", ".videos", ".sounds" etc.

And don't feel too bad, It's utterly, inexplicable shoddy of Sygic not to have at least popped up an error saying "can't find map directories" after people have tripped up on this time after time.
