I want Nokia and Intel to delay the release of MeeGo 1.1 and release it with a bang 2 weeks later at MeeGo conference to the Worlds bloggers/media. it would Create hype around the release instead of silently just shoving code online with a written press release

EDIT:
I don't see how the date on Screenshot holds any relevance b/c

1. they put a fake date on them, there's no such day as Tuesday September 15th 2010.

2. the screenshots are for guidelines of MeeGo 1.1 handset UX which is not complete until end of October.
Only thing i'm surprised is that it did take so long for this answer.

- Like said above Nokia is not MeeGo.
- MeeGo conference is in November.
- MeeGo is already announced and available for download for N900.
- Nokia might announce N9 that uses MeeGo-Harmattan in 14th of September.

you was talking about MeeGo release
Maybe if you talked about N9 release you would get a different answer.

I have no doubt we will see N9 or whatever final name is at Nokia world running MeeGo-Harmattan but dont confuse it with MeeGo 1.1 from Linux Foundation coming October which is what them screenshots are from.
The screenshots and guidelines might look very much the same for both though.

Well honestly it's very rare that i see MeeGo-Harmattan mentioned. 90% of people just refer it as MeeGo when we are talking about the Nokia's OS used this year and probably don't even know about it. That's why there's quite alot of confusion around example on the N9 rumours.

It's something Nokia doesn't seem to want to talk much outside of dev discussion.
