As some of you might have already noticed, there is a shiny new version of PyQt in extras-devel. The single biggest notable difference for Maemo devs is the fact that it is the first PyQt version that supports QtMobility, and - lo and behold, you can now download PyQt compatible bindings for those too (see python2.5-mobility-[modulename]) ! The mobility support is naturally experimental (=plenty of known issues, and QtMobility 1.0 is not the most bug-free library on the planet anyway ), so play with it a bit, compare with PySide and report back so I could stabilize it and then promote to extras-testing. Thank you for your attention, code on !

Ok, I get an error when i try an install these packages.

Each of them depends on a libqtm-something that is not avalible?

Edit:
Wait, Found in the tools repository.

Tools ? That doesn't sound right (tools is for scratchbox)... They should be available in some Nokia repo-thingy (for the devices). Will check.

Looking back. I may have had the main repository disabled. I think that was my problem.

If not and other people get errors installing, i'll show you what i did.
