IMO, yes.

If it brings along with it a much more powerful GPU like the SGX540 known to be integrated into Omap4.

In addition to other reasons I would not wait for N9, you can pre-order an A9 device now on Amazon (more reliable than other online retailers at weeding out vapourware IMHO). Delivery will probably be in October, before N9.
