i downloaded a 1.9gb file from the sales email.

You need to move the stuff under that to the root.

In short: delete that folder, extract the zip @ pc again, then navigate inside that setupSMM -folder and drag the subfolders to the root of your device.

ahh that`s disapointing and makes me regret the buy. Didn`t get any mail from the sales team besides my mobile maps 9 code. Sent an email beginning of this week and no reply to this either.

"Sygic - we listen": but not anwering ;/

damn need the app on the upcoming weekend.

THANKS,thats sorted it can you explain why it makes a difference to send over the subfolders instead of the complete folder please so i can learn a little

Well it's simply that sygic maps expects to find Res, Maps and other folders in the MyDocs/ folder.. They could just as well have decided to have it look elsewhere..
