Hi,

I am turning the N900 into a penetration testing device / loading network maintenance tools. As I work as a system admin for a company and can use this instead of my laptop on the go.

One of the software installed is Metasploit....but when I run it in the terminal, it starts listing tonnes of items and saying "Missing Metasploit3 constants" and I have no idea how to fix this as I've searched the forums and google with no luck.

Thanks a lot

You're a system admin...and apparently you need metasploit, yet are unable to understand how to install and troubleshoot it?

Stop pen-testing. Your job is to reset email passwords and ghost-image machines. If you were asked to join a tiger team, I fear for your company.

I did install it, just can't find why its giving the error... You never had errors and gave you a hard time?

If you're so smart, give me an answer to this then...

replaced the repository in the core folder and still with the same problem. I had to replace it right? I see the missing stuff are suppose to be in the 'modules' folder

If I'm so smart, give you the answer? I wrote the *the* tutorial on metasploit for the N900. I worked with H.D Moore to fix some slight issues with it.

Go to Google and type "N900 Metasploit". My site is the 7th link, with everything you need to do. If you can't understand it, you have no right to be using metasploit, nor pen-testing.

i'll look into it. I appologise for this, pen-testing is still new to me so I'm into learning. Not everyone is good like you so relax.
