Combining an algorithm like on Nokia's Panorama with accellerometer readings (plus some remapping) it shouldn't be hard compose a full spherical panoramic image.
I would like a program that did that, preferably outputting in equirectangular mapping (it's my favorite), at least as an option (if you have that, i don't mind if it also offers cube mapping and other more lossy and/or pixel wasting mappings) . Bonus points for an option for saving true HDR images (not just tone mapping or some other way to compress high dynamic range in a low dynamic range format), additional bonus for a full panorama visualizer that uses motion tracking from the camera and accellerometers for looking around (try the best you can to get a smooth FPS both for the motion and for the rendering itself)
