I have just set out to buy a Phone so I guess I am kind of a little late in buying the N900 if I have to…I had a close-look at the N8 didn’t like it for a lot of reasons Mainly it really doesn’t feel as slick a device as it ought to be.The display is just…just marginally better than the N900 though it is 16 Million Amoled screen I was far from getting blown off after having a look at the screen. The touch is not as smooth as it is in some of the other Android Phones like Samsung Galaxy-S (I tell you the Pinch to Zoom on Galaxy and HTC desire is Bliss…Just feels like Heaven

So what is in my Mind is should I then wait for the N9 to be launched or for the moment should I go with the N900 and then see when N9 gets launched. But then to buy a Phone just for say 4-6 months, spend a big amount on it and then burn my hands in reselling it, which would only fetch peanuts in terms of the resale value just when the N9 gets launched in another 5-6 months and if I then plan to buy N9. How much sense does it make?

Any news (Maybe even Speculation) on when the N9 is gonna get launched. Inshort should I wait for the N9 or buy the N900 right now!! Coz I have no Internet enabled phone with me right now, so anywhich ways I need to buy a phone but then I could also do with a low cost phone right now then spend a huge amount right now instead wait for something like the N9 and then make a sensible investment

Buy a HTC Desire HD.

N9 is unlikely to come out anytime soon if we look at Nokia's track record. They said they were going to change the time it takes from announcement with release but then it still has taken over 6 months for the N8 to get released. Expect the N9 in around 2014.

My poorly educated guess is Q1 2011. Although some Nokia people have claimed something meegoish would appear this year, but even so I think in practice, the device would arrive in 2011.

It's all just guesswork though.

Hw long is N9? good question!!

How long is a piece of string?

No real answer and no real length. In short, No body know. If Nokia didn't tell one of us then none of us will know. All we got is speculation. Get yourself a galaxy S

I prefer the N900 to any of the Android devices, so I would say stick with it until the N9 is released, then make a judgement. The problem is that us geeks are not known for our patience.

How long is N9?
I think it should be 105 to 115 cm long.

Stop spreading FUD, because your only reason to stay in this forums is for whining and trolling.
To the OP, N9 is expected to be announced ths year but shipping Q1 2011, and if u want a phone right now, get another phone and sell it when N9 begins shipping
